"A very good hotel very well located."

The site is very appropriate, next to the seafront. The staff tries very hard to please customers, they do their job very well and you feel very comfortable. The hotel is very beautiful, a dazzling entrance. The room was very comfortable, with a large bed where I slept wonderfully. There was hardly any noise, which is very difficult to find in the cities of Egypt. Cleanliness is fine. If I return to Alexandria, I will definitely return to this hotel.

Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, breakfast was standard but very good quality. Minor issues were always quickly resolved. Well recommended for staying over with family and little kids.

The hotel is very nice, and the staff at the reception are excellent and of the highest taste. The place is very comfortable and there is great attention and concern for the guest’s comfort. The breakfast is very nice, a buffet at a level that suits all tastes and all ages, and the price of the hotel is very nice. Vibes were on point. I stayed for the location and had a great experience. Front and security staff were extremely kind, shout out to Israa; and facilities were great. I especially enjoyed the rooftop lounge. I will be going back, and recommend giving it a try!
