"Heart of Alexandria, great staff and facilities."

Vibes were on point. I stayed for the location and had a great experience. Front and security staff were extremely kind, shout out to Israa; and facilities were great. I especially enjoyed the rooftop lounge. I will be going back, and recommend giving it a try!

A very central location. With very close access to the seafront.Impeccable quality of service. The hotel staff is really nice and helpful.A rooftop swimming pool with a great view of the bay. The rooms on the upper floors also have a very beautiful view.

Hotel in a good location full of cafes, restaurants, street food and shops. For breakfast there was a wide selection of different dishes from the buffet. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. The staff was very nice and professional. I was a little afraid of the bad reviews, but they were mostly older, in the end I was glad I went here. I even got a free room upgrade. I was satisfied, for the low price it was excellent. I would come here again next time.

"Beautiful, imaginative and fun"

I liked everything about the hotel and I highly recommend it. I found nothing but warmth from them at the reception and their wonderful, gentle, calm and beautiful treatment. I found a kindness that I had never seen or experienced before in my life... especially the reception staff, by the name Christina. They were wonderful in their dealings, sophistication, morals, kindness and good treatment with me. I returned to them again. The same day, I did not find any difficulty in returning because of all the kindness in dealing with me. If I come to Alexandria, I will only stay with them and in the Cherry Mirsky Hotel in Alexandria.

"A very good hotel very well located."

The site is very appropriate, next to the seafront. The staff tries very hard to please customers, they do their job very well and you feel very comfortable. The hotel is very beautiful, a dazzling entrance. The room was very comfortable, with a large bed where I slept wonderfully. There was hardly any noise, which is very difficult to find in the cities of Egypt. Cleanliness is fine. If I return to Alexandria, I will definitely return to this hotel.

Since we arrived , everything was awesome and professional, Smooth and fast check in, we got free Upgrade to sea side view room, our special requests before Arrival were considered, All the staff are super friendly and dedicated (Staff on the main door, Receptionists speically christine many thanks for her warm Welcome to us, Housekeeping, Pool Area) Breakfast was tasty with many Varieties.Highly Recommended and absolutely would like to visit again.

After six weeks travel this was the best hotel I stayed at, 12 floors, full of original design and character and staff that put great service first, I got a free upgrade to a junior suite, the room was large with a great view, lovely big bathroom and deep bath and high tech shower, also a super comfortable bed. The breakfast and restaurant food was very good and service always exemplary. The hotel is hidden away about 100m from the main sea promenade so can be tricky to find but its worth tracking down. Straight away the unorthodox design and layout grabs you like a film set, its quirky and stylish but so very comfortable. Its a great base for exploring, the library is within walking distance, the promenade good for a morning run. I was made exceptionally welcome, and genuinely didn't want to leave which is really the highest compliment I can pay to a hotel.
